How are my programs different?

I'm Alicia Schoroth, owner of HER Power Lifestyle and creator of the 6 Weeks To Her Power Program.

I am a certified Health & Nutrition Coach, Culinary Nutrition Expert, Hormone Specialist & Personal Trainer. At the age of 45 I am also a fitness model and pro fitness competitor.
